Update or Change Your Agency Contact Information
Use the "Update Your Info" located on top right of this page along with your agency's registration code to update point of contact information. If you have forgotten your registration code, use the "Retrieve Code" function.
Retrieve your Forgotten Code
If your agency previously registered, but you do not remember your POC confirmation code, please enter the email address for the primary Point of
Contact, Update Contact or Director's email address. Your agency's POC confirmation code will be sent to the corresponding email address.
If your email address is not currently in our records or if you do not recall which address was used, please contact support@can.org to obtain your POC confirmation code.
